As a coach in the health, mindset and personal development space over the past 20 years - I (Christine Line) have gone through a lot of different programs, trainings and therapy and nothing has come close to this personal experience in being able to tap into healing and reprogramming of deep core memories.

OUR OUTER WORLD is ALWAYS A REFLECTION of our INNER WORLD.
If we don't like what is showing up in our outer world, it's time to get to work on creating a NEW internal world.
This isn't about FINDING yourself. You are ALREADY WHOLE. This process is about LETTING GO of all the baggage, trauma, heavy thoughts and emotions that are blocking us from our true selves.
It is the GREAT UNLEARNING of all the stories and frameworks ruling your life that are bottlenecking you.
This is a combination of Cleaning the Body, Shaman led spiritual, plant medicine ceremonies, as well as 3 days of integration coaching, followed by 8 weeks of further integration coaching upon your return home.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Days 1-4 in the JUNGLE
The first four days will be spent in the Retreat Center just outside of Bogota, Colombia where we will be led by Martha, a shaman who has been practicing plant medicine and healing rituals for nearly 4 decades.
She lives on the farm with her two daughters, husband and brother. The property is completely self sustaining and has beautiful grounds for the ceremonies to take place and all food is prepared with love.
Martha and her two daughters guide each person through their own intentions and experience based on what each person needs to work on individually.
We will be doing prep work leading up to the event to support you in having the best experience. You will get what you need.
You will do 3-4 ceremonies at the center.

Days 4-7 INTEGRATION @ the VILLA
Sunday we transition to our beautiful INTEGRATION Villa, located either oceanside or in the lush tropical setting.
These t 3 days will be spent on INTEGRATION.
We will be engaging in
- Authentic sharing in a safe emotional space
- Guided Writing to access more heart centred guidance & continued downloading of vision planning
- Experience guided meditation practices you can continue with at home
- Breath Work to open the heart, calm the body and get back to your whole self
- Optimal Nutrition & Wellness Practices to keep you in this High Vibrational State
All of this time to work IN and on YOU ...
Plus - we will have some free time for a bit of fun in the old Spanish walled city!
