The Rapid Implementation Intensive
Read This If It's You

You've built something real. But something is off at home.

You're a high-performing, purpose-driven man. Your career, your reputation, all of it reflects a level of commitment most people will never know. But your marriage is running on fumes. You come home and you can't shut it off. You're physically present and emotionally absent. The version of you that shows up for your team is not the version your wife and children are getting.

You don't need to be fixed. You need a new identity, a new operating system, and someone who will walk it out with you — not just professionally, but personally and spiritually.

What you're privately thinking

I've hit every goal I set, and felt nothing when I got there. At home I'm present but completely absent, and my wife is getting whatever is left of me. I built something real. And I'm terrified it's all going to collapse the moment I stop pushing.

Why Nothing Has Worked Yet

You're not undisciplined. You've been handed the wrong tools.

You've tried. Here's why none of it touched the real problem, and what actually does.

You tried: working harder

More effort, same exhaustion

The drive that built your career is the exact thing draining your marriage. You can't out-hustle a problem that hustle created.

This isn't about doing more. It's about operating from a different identity.
You tried: counseling

Insight without a system

You left understanding the problem more clearly, and still walked back into the same patterns by Monday. Awareness isn't transformation.

You don't need another conversation. You need infrastructure that holds.
You tried: doing it alone

No one who could actually see you

You are the one everyone else leans on. So you handled it privately, in your own head, with no one qualified to tell you the truth about what they see.

Every man who changes has a voice in his ear and a room at his back. This is both.
What This Is

A four-month, high-accountability container.
Not a course. Not a coaching call you forget by Thursday.

You show up every week, take real action in a new direction, and build the identity and infrastructure of the man you're called to be — with me coaching you live, a small room of men at your level beside you, and support in your pocket between the calls. The focus is your marriage and your leadership at home. The methodology is the 3 Factors Journey: attract what you want, sustain what you build, multiply your impact through the people God placed in your life.

What happens at home will transfer to every other domain. But we start where it matters most.

What You Walk Away With

A breakthrough in the one area you've been stagnant in.

Not a list of insights. A concrete, lived shift — in your marriage, your presence at home, or your identity as a man — that you will feel and your family will see. In four months, not four years.

Look Inside

This is what a week actually looks like.

The live room, the thread between calls, and your one-to-one session with me.

Bring your life. We work on it together.

90 minutes, live with Christine · 16 weeks · not a lecture, not content delivery
What happens in the room "One man says the thing he's never said out loud. Four other men realize they've been carrying the exact same thing — and that it isn't a character flaw. That's the hour the work actually turns."

Had the conversation with her tonight. Used the framework. It didn't go the way I planned.
I stayed. Didn't shut down, didn't go to the office. That's new.
That is the win. You're measuring the outcome. I'm measuring who you were while it was happening.
Don't fix it tomorrow. Just be there in the morning, before you open your laptop. We'll take the rest into Thursday's call.

Everything You Get

High touch. High impact. Nothing you have to do alone.

Four months. Everything below is included — no upsells inside the container, no surprise requirements.

01

2 One-to-One Sessions with Christine

One at the start to establish your baseline, your vision, and your new identity. One at week 14 to consolidate the transformation and map what comes next. Just you and me, on the record of your own life.

02

16 Weekly Live Deep Dives

Live, high-engagement group coaching every single week for four months. Not lecture. Not content delivery. You bring your actual week — the conversation that went sideways, the decision you're sitting on — and we work on it together, in real time.

Live every week
03

A Tight-Knit Room of Men

Men at your level. High-achieving, purpose-driven, and serious. There is enormous value in hearing another man say the thing you thought was only true about you — and in watching what's working for him, and what isn't. You stop being the only one. That alone changes the trajectory.

04

Messaging Support Between Calls

Life doesn't wait for Thursday. When the moment is live — before the conversation, after the blow-up, in the middle of the decision — you have a direct line to me. This is the difference between learning a framework and having someone in your ear while you use it.

High touch
05

The Complete 3 Factors Journey

All nine core elements across Phases I, II and III — Vision, Identity, Values, Boundaries, Playbooks, Communication, Alignment, Discernment, Multiplication. Every week is built around one element, and every element comes with a tool, an exercise, and a next step.

06

Every Tool, Worksheet & Framework

Everything you need to implement, not just understand. Boundary audit. Identity mapping. Vision clarity exercise. Playbook templates. Communication frameworks. Designed, practical, immediately usable — and yours to keep.

The Pathway

The 3 Factors Journey

Three phases. Nine elements. A new identity at every level: Son, Steward, Ruler.

I
Attractor Factor
Sonship · Receive Without Striving
  • VisionGet radically clear on what you're called to build.
  • IdentityMap the gap between who you've been and who you're becoming.
  • ValuesUpgrade the decision filters you're actually living by.
II
Stabilizer Factor
Steward · Sustain What You Build
  • BoundariesProtect your time, energy, marriage, and calling.
  • PlaybooksDefine your role and what winning looks like, at home and at work.
  • CommunicationFrameworks that keep your marriage and team aligned.
III
The X Factor
Ruler · Govern Where You're Sent
  • AlignmentLearn to move with God, not ahead of Him.
  • DiscernmentKnow when to advance, when to wait, when to hold the line.
  • MultiplicationCall out the gifts in those closest to you, and release them.
The Structure

Four months, mapped end to end.

You always know where you are, what you're working on, and what it's building toward.

Week 1

Onboarding 1:1 with Christine

Vision, identity baseline, and your new identity declaration. We name the one area you've been stagnant in, and that becomes the thing we solve.

Weeks 2–5

Phase I · Attractor Factor

Vision, Identity, Values. Four weeks of live deep dives that get you clear on what you're actually called to build — and who you have to become to carry it.

Weeks 6–9

Phase II · Stabilizer Factor

Boundaries, Playbooks, Communication. This is where your marriage and your calendar start to feel different, because the infrastructure underneath them changes.

Weeks 10–13

Phase III · The X Factor

Alignment, Discernment, Multiplication. You stop reacting and start governing — moving with God, and releasing the people closest to you instead of carrying them.

Week 14

Closing 1:1 with Christine

Integration, breakthroughs, and the path forward — including whether the Roundtable is the right next step for you.

The Payoff

One concrete, lived shift you'll feel, and your family will see.

Where you are

Achieving at a high level as a version of yourself that was never built to carry what you're chasing. Present at home but absent in marriage. Running on fumes and calling it faithfulness.

Where you're going

Operating from settled identity, building with clarity and the confidence of a son who knows what he's been given. Systems that sustain without your constant presence. A home that finally receives the best of you.

Two Ways In

Self-paced, or in the room with me.

Same framework. Same nine elements. The difference is how much of me, and how much of the room, you have while you walk it out.

Why I Built This

I had it all on the outside. Inside, I was on the floor.

It happened on my forty-second birthday. Face-down on the floor of a yoga studio, shaking, unable to pull a full breath, with the tears finally coming.

From the outside, I had it all. A thriving business. The house by the lake. The athletic body, the masterminds, the vacations. And privately, my body, my relationships, and my business were falling apart at the same time. A trifecta that took me all the way down.

I had spent a lifetime powering through. Achieving, performing, armored up. What I learned on that floor is the thing I now teach: you cannot build a new life from an old version of yourself. Striving harder was never going to get me there. I needed a new foundation. A new identity. And a system to actually walk it out.

That's what the 3 Factors became. And the reason I run this one live, in a small room, with my phone open between the calls, is that I know exactly what it costs to try to do this privately, on your own, while everyone around you assumes you're fine.

From Men Who Did The Work

The success was already real. This is what held when it got hard.

On the hardest season of his working life

I hit the most difficult season in my entire work life and this came at the perfect moment. Having the calls, structure and support was highly impactful to helping me navigate my way through this challenging season. Where my wife and I were previously divided we are locking arms and moving through the crisis together in a healthy, productive way — taking ownership of our roles, being open-handed, and surrendering to God's plan. You helped me shift my perspective, reframe my thinking and give me actionable steps in areas I was blind to. Often as a leader you hear about what's going wrong. It can be very lonely. This brought me encouragement, clarity and a more intentional path forward for myself, our marriage and our company.

Rick L. · Founder · Wealth & Financial Services

Before this work, I was reactive and constantly anxious, especially at home. In just a few weeks I've become noticeably more grounded, able to pause, stay present, and lead myself instead of being led by my emotions. The most valuable shift was learning that identity is the root: getting anchored in who I am, and whose I am, then building everything else from that place. The daily stillness and listening prayer, the journaling prompts, the simple presence resets, they've given me real tools I can use in the moment. I'm showing up as a calmer husband and father, and our home is gaining peace and direction because of it.

Drew Regan · Husband & Father

This work has given me language and tools for the exact places I was stuck, especially around anxiety, family dynamics, and how I show up as a husband and father. One of my biggest wins has been self-awareness: I'm noticing negative patterns earlier and choosing a different response instead of spiraling. The most valuable takeaway was shifting from "fixing" to becoming a guardian of the vision, staying steady, holding faith, and leading from identity instead of pressure. I'm making real progress in how I engage my family: more intentional, more grounded, and more aligned with the kind of leader I want to be at home.

P. Sullivan · Husband & Father
Before You Book

This room is not for everyone. On purpose.

I'd rather you read this honestly now than spend a call finding out.

This is for you if

  • You've built something real, and you're done pretending the cost at home isn't real too.
  • You're willing to be seen by a handful of men who are carrying something similar.
  • You want counsel, not a cheerleader — and you can hear the truth without defending.
  • You're ready to take an action every week, not just understand the concept.
  • You want your faith to be part of this, not a separate compartment.

This isn't for you if

  • You're looking for a quick fix, or for someone to hand you a script that makes this go away.
  • You want to be rescued rather than to lead.
  • You want the information but not the accountability — the self-paced edition is the honest fit.
  • You can't protect one weekly window in your calendar for four months.
  • You're hoping your wife changes, and you're not planning to.
How You Start

It begins with a conversation, not a checkout page.

This is a small group with a limited number of seats, so every man in it is here on purpose.

01

Book the call

Thirty minutes, directly with me. Pick a time that actually works — early, late, between meetings.

02

We get honest

You tell me where you are and what you've been stagnant in. I'll tell you plainly whether this is the right room for you, or whether something else is. Both are real answers.

03

You start

If we're both a yes, we book your onboarding 1:1 and you're in the next cohort. Week 1 begins.

Book your call with Christine

Thirty minutes. No pitch deck, no pressure, no script. Just a straight conversation about what's actually going on and whether this is the thing that changes it.

It's a serious investment of money, attention, and honesty. We'll talk about the numbers on the call, once we both know it's a fit.

Questions

What you're wondering.

What's the investment?

We cover it on the call. Not to be coy — because the right number depends on which container you belong in, and I'd rather know that before quoting you anything. What I will tell you up front: this is a significant investment, it's payable in full or across the four months, and there are no upsells or surprise fees inside the container. What's described on this page is what's delivered.

How is this different from the self-paced edition?

Same framework, same nine elements. The self-paced edition gives you the curriculum to walk on your own schedule with a monthly office-hours call. The Intensive gives you me — live every week for sixteen weeks, two one-to-one sessions, messaging support between calls, and a small room of men doing it alongside you. If you know you implement best alone, take the self-paced. If you know you need someone in your ear and a room at your back, this is the one.

How much time does this take?

One live 90-minute deep dive per week, plus the weekly action — designed to be done inside the life you're already living, not on top of it. The men who get the most out of this also protect about twenty minutes a day for reflection. Built for a full calendar, not an empty one.

What if I have to miss a call?

Life happens, and you won't be penalized for it. But understand what you're buying: the room is the product. If you can't protect that window most weeks for four months, tell me on the call and we'll find you the right fit instead.

Who else is in the room?

Men at your level — high-achieving, purpose-driven, and serious about this. Most of them lead something: a company, a team, a family that depends on them. What's said in the room stays in the room. That's not a policy line; it's the condition that makes the work possible.

Is this faith-based?

Yes. The 3 Factors Journey is built on a Kingdom foundation: Sonship, Stewardship, Rulership. You'll be met exactly where you are and pointed toward God's design for your marriage, leadership, and legacy. You won't be beaten over the head with a Bible — and you won't be asked to leave your faith at the door either.

When does the next cohort start?

Cohorts run in a rolling schedule with a limited number of seats. Book the call and I'll tell you exactly when the next one opens and whether there's room in it.

What happens after the four months?

Some men finish with what they came for and go live it. Men who are ready to go further are personally invited into the Roundtable, where the remaining elements unlock and the full identity arc gets embodied over a year. There's no obligation, and no pitch inside the container.

The Starting Point

You already know whether you're a yes.

The question is whether you trust what you know. One conversation tells us both. And if the answer is no, you'll leave it with more clarity than you came in with.

"You are a son before you are a soldier. Receive the inheritance before you fight for the territory." Christine Jewell
