2. I've tried everything and nothing works. What if I don't get results?

3. What if I can't make a session one week or go away?
No worries! Just get back at it the following week.
If you miss a nutrition meeting you won't miss a beat either! Our program is designed for both locals and long distance participants. Each week you will still have access to all your online videos and handouts so you can stay on track with the group.

4. What happens after the 90 days? What if I want to continue?
I am going to be honest here. Most people LOVE their results and how they feel so much they continue with us and often sign up as ongoing members. If you have more weight to lose, this can be a staring point for you to continue the journey working with our trainers and health coach around your eating habits. For others they just want to keep a good thing going and make sure this is a maintenance. We will continue to challenge you and PUSH! you to new goals!
Memberships are available based on how often you train with us and what your goals are. Each person in the program will have an intital and concluding GOAL planning session to determine their next steps.

5. What if I haven't exercised in a REALLY long time?
That is OKAY! We work with many members just like you who may be new to training or have not been doing physical activity in some time. We offer tirered sessions for beginners, intermediate and more advanced participants. Our individual attention and program design ensure that you are working towards YOUR goals, at YOUR own personal fitness level, and keeping you injury free while getting the motivation you need. You are never in "competition" with any other members and it is one of our top priorities to create a non-intimidating environment in our facility.

6. Am I required to purchase pre-made meals, or follow a crazy restrictive diet?
Absolutely not! Our nutrition plans focus on whole foods, prepared at home, that are friendly for the entire family. You will be eating a good variety of foods and eating healthy portion sizes to support your increased exercise volume. No gimmicks or starvation diets here!
