Just north of Highway 5 in Waterdown, push!FIT studio is on the main level of a mixed-use condo building across from Fortinos. Locally in Waterdown and a quick drive from Hamilton, Burlington or Carlisle.

1. What are the important dates of the challenge?
Kick-off event: Monday April 15th at 7:30PM
Wrap up event: Monday May 27th at 7:30PM
Training Sessions: You will have access to book your training session between April 15th and May 27th.
2. What happens if I want to keep going after the challenge?
Many of our challenge participants choose to continue training after the challenge and become full push!FIT members. You'll get some exclusive challenge member only incentives for our ongoing training/nutrition packages and we will help you continue right on going towards reaching all of your health and fitness goals!
3. What if I will be away during the challenge?
Group training is unlimited sessions- come as often and as much as you'd like!
For personal training- it is important that you are able to complete all of your training sessions between Monday April 15th and Sunday May 16th. You will have 18 sessions to use within the 6 weeks as you'd like. However, if you are away for multiple weeks during the challenge it may be very difficult for you to complete the requirements and see the results you desire. No sessions are held over past Sunday May 26th, and there will be no opportunity to make-up sessions once the challenge is finished.
