1. What are the important dates of the challenge?

Kick-off event: June 1, 2019 at 12PM

Wrap up event: August 24, 2019 at 12PM

Training Sessions: You will have access to book your training session between June 1 and August 24

Weekly Check Ins: Every Saturday at 8:30AM

2. What happens if I want to keep going after the program?

Many of our challenge participants choose to continue training after the program and become full push!FIT members. You'll get some exclusive incentives for our ongoing training/nutrition packages and we will help you continue right on going towards reaching all of your health and fitness goals!

3. What if I will be away during the program?

Group training is unlimited sessions- come as often and as much as you'd like! We always post some awesome hotel/ cottage workouts so keep up with your workouts while away!

It is strongly recommended that you are able to attend the Kick-Off Event on Saturday June 1 at 12PM to ensure you are prepared to start the challenge. 
  
5. What if I haven't worked out in a long time? Or ever?
 
That is OKAY! We work with many members just like you who may be new to training or have not been doing physical activity in some time. Our small group training provides our trainers with the ability to keep eyes on everyone and provide modifications where needed. You are never in "competition" with any other members and it is one of our top priorities to create a non-intimidating environment in our facility. 
 
6. Am I required to purchase pre-made meals, or follow a crazy restrictive diet?
 
No! Our nutrition plans and recipes focus on whole foods, prepared at home, that are friendly for the entire family. You will be eating a good variety of foods and eating healthy portion sizes to support your increased exercise volume. No gimmicks or starvation diets here!
 
7. What if I don't need to lose a bunch of weight, I just need to tone up. Is this right for me?
 
The program is specifically geared for results. Contrary to popular belief; whether you want to lose weight, tone up, build lean muscle, or just live a healthy lifestyle, the underlying healthy fitness & nutrition principles that get you there are one and the same. Staying consistent on the program no matter what your starting point will get you exactly the results you're looking for.
