We are located at 279 Dundas Street East in Waterdown, ON. Just 5-10 minutes from Burlington and 15 minutes from Hamilton.
We offer approximately 30 Group Training Sessions per Week and nearly 25+ Personal Training slots so you have ultimate flexibility and never an excuse to miss!
Your training sessions: 3X per week training for PT (12 sessions total) or Unlimited for Group will be added to your online account and can be booked in any of our open time slots. You are not limited to certain days or times.
We are open from 6:00 AM - 8:30 PM (M-F) and Saturday/Sunday Mornings 7:30 AM -12:30 PM
Once you sign up you will have immediate access to your Meal Plan so you can download it, grocery shop and get ready to go!
Your first training session will take place after your initial health consultation in studio because we always want to connect with you and get to know your past injuries and current fitness goals before you begin!
What happens if I want to keep going after the KICKSTART?
Many of our participants choose to continue training after the challenge and become full Push!FIT Studio members. During your final week of the kickstart we'll be more than happy to help you continue right on going towards reaching all of your health and fitness goals!

Our individual attention and program design ensure that you are working towards YOUR goals, at YOUR own personal fitness level, and keeping you injury free while getting the motivation you need. You are never in "competition" with any other members and it is one of our top priorities to create a non-intimidating environment in our facility.
No! Our nutrition plans and recipes focus on whole foods, prepared at home, that are friendly for the entire family. You will be eating a good variety of foods and eating healthy portion sizes to support your increased exercise volume. No gimmicks or starvation diets here!
