2. What if I haven't exercised in a REALLY long time or have injuries?
That is OKAY! We work with many members just like you who may be new to training or have limitations due to injuries etc. We offer tiered sessions for beginners, intermediate and more advanced participants. Our individual attention and program design ensure that you are working towards YOUR goals, at YOUR own personal fitness level, and keeping you injury free while getting the motivation you need. You are never in "competition" with any other members and it is one of our top priorities to create a non-intimidating environment in our facility.
