Most people think peace comes after the breakthrough.
After the promotion.
After the marriage is healed.
After the business grows.
After life finally slows down.
But what if the greatest obstacle to peace isn't your circumstances?
What if it's fear quietly running in the background?
In this episode, I'm sharing something incredibly personal that God recently revealed to me.
I found myself surrounded by answered prayers—a thriving business, restored family relationships, milestone celebrations, exciting adventures ahead—and yet I couldn't fully receive the joy of the moment.
Why?
Because three hidden fears were stealing what God had already given me.
If you've ever felt numb in the middle of a blessed life, this conversation is for you.
This Episode Is For You If:
In This Episode, We Talk About:
Powerful Quotes
"Disappointment comes when we become attached to our timeline instead of trusting God's."
"We don't get what we want—we often get what we expect."
"Fear of failure will always cause you to shrink your calling."
"The blessing isn't meant to stop with you. It's meant to flow through you."
"God is able to do immeasurably more than you could ask, think, or imagine."
One of the biggest revelations God showed me was this:
Sometimes we don't struggle to receive because we lack faith.
We struggle because we're still expecting disappointment.
We're waiting for something to go wrong.
We're bracing for the other shoe to drop.
And while our circumstances may have changed, our expectations haven't.
Real freedom comes when we release our timelines, surrender our need to control the outcome, and begin expecting God's goodness instead of rehearsing our past.
The invitation isn't simply to overcome fear.
It's to fully receive the life God has already prepared for you.
To stop shrinking.
To stop settling.
To stop bracing for disappointment.
And to trust that His timing, His promises, and His plans are always better than anything we could manufacture on our own.
Because you weren't created to live on leftovers.
You were created to experience the fullness of God's peace, joy, purpose, and abundance—and become a reflection of His goodness to everyone around you.
