I have done it!
I have done it!! After 10+ years, I have decided to take the bold, scary and exciting LEAP and close down a chapter of my life to make room for something new that has been brewing in my heart.
We all have moments where we feel this CALL to ADVENTURE, where our heart is tugging at us so intensely to make a change or pursue a new direction, yet so few of us actually take the BIG LEAP when it comes time to jump.
That’s exactly why I wanted to share my story with you.
Just over 10 years ago now, I was sitting there, freshly divorced with my kids: 3,5 and 7 at the time, and had no idea how I was going to support them. I was going through a terrible separation and had little to no income coming in.
My heart wanted to pursue my dream of opening a health & wellness studio, but I literally had NO money and no credit, so this seemed like an impossible idea. I was about to head back into the corporate space when a client of mine said something that pushed me off the ledge!
I took a leap of faith then, sold my wedding ring to come up with the $4000 required to put a deposit down on what became the first location for Push!FIT Studio. I borrowed the additional $1000 from my mom at the time to purchase one set of weights, a few Swiss balls and mats.
It felt like I was starting with nothing and everything was on the line. This was literally the only money I had to my name at time and it was scary as ****!
AND it was the BEST decision I could have ever made for myself, my kids and my career.
That business grew year over year as PushFIT became the gateway for so many people’s journey back to health & confidence!
I learned Its possible to do what I absolutely love AND have a successful business that provides a kick ass lifestyle for myself and my family.
AND then… a few years ago, I hit my own ceiling again.
As I evolved as a coach and was doing DEEPER and DEEPER inner work within myself, I realized that almost all physical problems or issues are simply a result of deeper emotional or spiritual blocks we hold.
I was hooked into helping people move behind the surface into the deeper transformative work required to truly create lasting shifts in their lives. My personal life transformed as I upgraded my internal belief systems, healed past wounds and redefined what success meant for me at this stage of the game.
So here I AM … ready for the next season.
This new fire burning in my belly is guiding me to serve people in a different capacity. To serve those who truly want to make a LEAP in their own lives into new uncharted territory and follow their hearts passion/purpose.
It’s time to make another BIG LEAP into the unknown and the past 5 months, the Universe has provided me the perfect opportunity to get off my butt and CHOOSE.
Right now I am choosing forward. One step at a time. One day at a time, totally trusting in this process. AND I KNOW in every fiber of my being this will also be the BEST DECISION I can make for myself right now.
On Sept 5th, I am officially closing my boutique wellness studio that has supported hundreds of people over the past 10 years and giving myself permission to boldly pursue my next dream..
In the coming weeks and months, I will be sharing more about the journey, how I make decisions with confidence in the face of doubt, what’s coming up and how I navigate this new territory with new rhythms and tools.
